Recently, the Ahrens Industrial Team acquired a new listing that had been previously listed with a national brokerage firm. The national brokerage firm was unable to secure a Tenant or Buyer within 6 months. Upon taking over the listing, due to our hard work and knowledge of the market, we were able to secure a buyer within 3 months of securing the listing. On average, assets for sale in the area are listed for a minimum of 16 months. Hard work, determination and knowledge of active buyers in the area, this transaction more than exceeded market time frames.
Recently, we competed against a national brokerage firm for a Tenant Representation Assignment. One of the reasons the Tenant chose the Ahrens Industrial Team of Commercial Properties was because we have been the Top Leasing Firm in Phoenix for the last 8 years.
After our site selection, we narrowed down our search to 2 sites. The two sites were comparable in size, functionality, exterior and location. We utilized the reputation of the Tenant to begin competition between the two competing sites. Through strong communication and strategic positioning, we were able to secure the Tenant an aggressive, below market lease
