Brad specializes in the representation and advisory of tenants, corporate owners and private investors with the leasing, acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant industrial assets over 10,000 SF throughout the Southwest, Sky Harbor Airport and Southeast Valley Sub-Markets.  

Brad is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.  A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries.  Nearly 10,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation.
 

Deborah Moritz, a Sales and Leasing Specialist, joined Commercial Properties Inc. in 2007. She originally entered the real estate field as a residential escrow officer in 2001, working both in California and Arizona.  Her escrow career in Arizona included working as an escrow officer for three high profile home builders, Townsend Homes, Read Homes, and T.W. Lewis.  This experience has provided her with issue resolution and time management skills that have proven to be invaluable to both her internal and external clients.
